i have only done shrooms a couple of times but i can tell you 2 things! 1. imo its very similar experience to alcohol.. you dont wanna drink 1 liter of vodka right away, but you wont get blackout drunk if u drink 5 beers... so you dont have to be super afraid of the trip just dont go crazy with dosage 2. anything during the trip you can take some Valium pills and it should stop the trip effects (havent tried this but it should work) 3. hallucinations are actually the side effect, the main effect is that your consciousness is expanding and your brain is making a million new connections.. so yea, good luck & have fun!
